- 6 oz raw Spanish chorizo, casing removed and crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Manchego cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
