Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 balls fresh burrata cheese
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Flaky sea salt
- Cracked black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F). Clean and oil the grates well.

Brush cut sides of peaches with olive oil.

Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook 3–4 minutes until grill marks form and fruit softens slightly.

Flip and grill another 1–2 minutes.

Arrange prosciutto on a platter. Top with grilled peaches and torn burrata.

Scatter basil leaves, drizzle balsamic glaze, and finish with flaky salt and pepper.
